We\u00a0are\u00a0residents\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0CCCA\u00a0area\u00a0(bounded\u00a0by\u00a0Plymouth\u00a0Rd.,\u00a0West\u00a0Chicago\u00a0Ave.,\u00a0Inkster\u00a0Rd.,\u00a0and\u00a0Middlebelt\u00a0Rd).\u00a0We\u00a0work\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0City\u00a0of\u00a0Livonia,\u00a0area\u00a0non-profit\u00a0organizations\u00a0such\u00a0as\u00a0Friends\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Barn,\u00a0and\u00a0local\u00a0businesses\u00a0to\u00a0create\u00a0a\u00a0neighborhood\u00a0that\u00a0is\u00a0safe,\u00a0clean\u00a0and\u00a0welcoming\u00a0to\u00a0neighbors\u00a0and\u00a0visitors.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this corporation is to foster, promote, plan and execute programs aimed at improving the economic, social, educational, general welfare and other humanitarian activities of the Livonia community of the State of Michigan, and to foster, promote, plan, and execute other purposes as listed below.<\/p>\n

  1. Conduct research or support such activities in social and cultural fields; to promote the Clements Circle area and Livonia citizens through publication; to conduct educational projects and seminars; publish newsletters and articles toward the same objectives.<\/li>\n
  2. Establish federations with other neighborhood volunteer organizations.<\/li>\n
  3. Conduct seminars and\/or open houses to promote a sense of community in Livonia.<\/li>\n
  4. Participate and support events that promote the objectives of the association.<\/li>\n
  5. Work on street parking, traffic lights, control signs and other safety concerns.<\/li>\n
  6. Represent CCCA in exhibits, festivals, fairs and other similar events.<\/li>\n
  7. Contact official or private organizations to achieve the goals of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Each of these positions are open for nominations, as they are each year in March. Please do plan to\u00a0attend our March 19 2018 meeting if you would like to be considered for office or if you want to help with any of the following, we NEED\u00a0people to help make these things happen, otherwise they will not:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Lead the\u00a0 CCCA Run\/Walk group.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Lead one of the CCCA Girl Scout Troops.<\/p>\n

    3. Lead\u00a0the CCCA Book Club.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4. Help complete the plan of the Clements Circle Park Disc Golf Course.<\/p>\n

    5. Help plan a CCCA Easter\u00a0egg Hunt for 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6.\u00a0Help plan the CCCA Summer BBQ for this\u00a0August.<\/span><\/p>\n

    7. Help organize CCCA baseball teams.<\/p>\n

    8. Help out with getting the Clements Circle Park Butterfly garden started this Spring.<\/p>\n

    9. Sponsor a tree in the park.<\/p>\n

    10. Help create a plan to ensure the CCCA Board knows where help is needed for shut-ins and such.<\/p>\n

    11. Help plan a Christmas\u00a0Party at the Wilson Barn with our associated neighborhoods.<\/span><\/p>\n
