In addition to the Take Pride in Livonia Day and the Clements Circle Park Clean up on May 1st it will also be Livonia’s Household Hazardous Waste and Electronic Waste Drop-off event on that Saturday, from 8:30am to 3:00pm at Ford Field. The event should be entered from northbound Stark Rd from Schoolcraft Rd.

This event is your opportunity to rid your garage, basement, shed, etc., of items such as paints, stains, fertilizer, lawn & garden chemicals, antifreeze, gasoline, etc. In addition, electronic waste will be accepted including computers, monitors, printers, scanners, cell phones, fax machines, televisions, etc.

So once you have helped to clean up the park and enjoyed some lunch with your neighbors you can clean out your garage and house and head over to the Hazardous Waste Day.
